By accessing or using the Inference Stack website at www.inference-stack.com (the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to “you” include that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site is an informational, educational, and business-development website. It provides descriptions of Inference Stack’s services, capabilities, product offerings, architectural approaches, technical insights, case studies, and related materials.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, guarantee of results, or commitment to provide specific services. Engagement of Inference Stack for professional services is governed exclusively by separate, signed written agreements between Inference Stack and the applicable customer or partner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to access or use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Privacy Policy

7. No Confidential Information Through the Site

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, trade-secret, or otherwise sensitive business information through this Site’s contact forms, email links, or other general communication channels unless you are operating under a signed confidentiality agreement or other written agreement with Inference Stack that covers such information.

Any information you submit through the Site without such an agreement is provided at your own risk, and Inference Stack assumes no obligation of confidentiality with respect to unsolicited submissions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, documentation, page layouts, design elements, trade dress, and all related intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to Inference Stack and is protected by applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

“Inference Stack,” the Inference Stack logo, “LSAS,” “LSAS Stack,” and related branding are trademarks or service marks of Inference Stack LLC. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. No rights in any trademarks are granted by these Terms or by your use of the Site.

9. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site and its content solely for your internal informational and business-evaluation purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Site, except as expressly permitted in writing by Inference Stack.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls with respect to the services described in it.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INFERENCE STACK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, AND FREEDOM FROM ERRORS OR VIRUSES.

Inference Stack does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INFERENCE STACK, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT OR MATERIALS ON THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF INFERENCE STACK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INFERENCE STACK’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inference Stack and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Site.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Any content or information you submit to or through the Site.

19. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor the Site for violations of these Terms. We may investigate suspected violations, take any action we deem appropriate (including restricting or terminating access to the Site), and cooperate with law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies as we determine necessary.

20. International Use and Export Compliance

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. You agree not to use the Site in violation of any U.S. export control laws, sanctions, or similar restrictions.

23. Injunctive Relief

You acknowledge that any unauthorized use of intellectual property, confidential information, or the Site may cause irreparable harm to Inference Stack for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy. Accordingly, Inference Stack may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, without the requirement of posting a bond or other security.

24. Waiver and Severability

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inference Stack with respect to your use of the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations regarding the Site. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
